Service Engineer
Our culture
For more than a century, we have been a leading player in the area of pumps. Therefore, as an organisation, we have a wealth of knowledge. We have a good mix of people who have been working with us for quite some time and younger influx with a fresh view. Although we started as a small business, meanwhile more than 100 people are working at our location in Zwijndrecht. Given the fact that all departments collaborate, the lines are very short.
Developing and continuing to grow
It is the ambition of WB Firepacks to further expand and strengthen its position over the years. It wants to achieve this through continued growth, further (own) product development and turnover in the Benelux. To realize this we need a team that wants to realize this together with us. Our teams are the foundation of our organization. For this reason, personal development is of paramount importance to us.
We also like good times
We all work very hard, but also ensure we have pleasure in our work and outside work hours. Every year, we organize a barbecue for the entire company. On this day, also all the technicians appear from all corners of the country, visiting our location in Zwijndrecht. This is not the only activity. In order to ensure continuous attention for pleasant things within the organisation, we have a staff association. They meet every month to see what should be organized within the organisation.
